By accessing and using the Frost Deals website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Products

We sell winter apparel, outerwear and accessories. Product images are for illustration; slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings. Frost Deals is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any sportswear brand, club or league. Brand names shown on products belong to their respective owners.

Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in USD and may be shown converted to your local currency. Shipping is added at checkout according to our Shipping Policy. Promotions such as bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout and may end at any time. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order, in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.

Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is approved and you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The Frost Deals name, logo, site layout and original content belong to Frost Deals and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Frost Deals is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our products or website beyond the value of the purchased goods. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
