Refund policy

If you are not happy with your order, here is how returns and exchanges work at Frost Deals.

14-day policy

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to start

Write to contact@frostdeals.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 1 business day with step-by-step instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we refund the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Tell us the size you want when you contact us and we will arrange the exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to contact@frostdeals.com with your order number and photos of the item. We cover the return cost and send a replacement or a full refund.

Cancellations

Changed your mind before your order ships? Write to us and we will cancel it with a full refund.
