Frost Deals ships worldwide. Here is everything you need to know about delivery.
Shipping cost
- Standard shipping: free to most countries. A small number of destinations pay a flat $5.
- Express shipping: $10.
The exact options and prices for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. The cost is the same no matter how many items you order.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Delivery time
- Standard shipping: 5 to 11 days to most countries, counted from dispatch.
- Express shipping: priority handling and faster transit with the carrier.
- Remote destinations, including Brazil, may take a few extra days.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary by country, customs clearance and carrier.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can follow your parcel at any time on our Track your order page. The first scan can take a few days to appear.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country on delivery. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Wrong address
We can only change the delivery address before the order ships. Write to contact@frostdeals.com as soon as possible.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, write to contact@frostdeals.com with your order number. We open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.
